# Advanced Mode for Photo Upload Interface

How to upload photos in Advanced mode: pick a dataset, group images into sessions, and set the face side for each image.

1. In advanced mode, start by choosing the dataset you want to upload your pictures to.
2. You’ll then see a menu called “session 1”. Images from each session are seen as pictures of one subject, all taken at the same time.
3. To create a new subject, type their name into the bar and click on the “Create” button.
4. When you upload a selfie, be sure to select the side of the face (frontal, left, right) featured in the photograph from the drop-down menu.
5. To add photos of a different subject or images from another time period, click on the “Add new session” button.
6. When you’re ready, click the “Finish” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
