Our standard subscription includes technical support for all clients. We do not provide direct support to your application's end-users, but we can assist you in resolving any issues that may affect your customers.


Support Channels

Chat

Our support team is available via chat window on the SaaS platform. Our support chat is available during working days from 9:00 to 18:00 Europe CET.

To use chat, please click the chat button in the bottom right corner.

Can't see the chat?

To use our chat, you need to accept all SaaS cookies. To do so, please:

  • Click on "Your Privacy Choices."

  • Click "Accept all."

  • Click "Save."

Response Time
