# Known Limitations

This page describes known limitations that might affect some clients

## Shopping cart integration limitations

Our cart integrations help to streamline the user journey, increasing add-to-cart conversions and, as a result, the number of orders.

However, it currently has limitations. When a user adds a product to the cart, the Consumer App shows a popup with a confirmation and two buttons: `Go to cart` and `Continue shopping`.

* `Go to cart` opens the shopping cart in a new window.
* `Continue shopping` closes the popup.

### Limitations of the current solution

* Your store should have a `/cart` page for the `Go to cart` button to work. Otherwise, the `Go to cart` button won't work. Please write to your customer success manager if you do not have such a page, and we will offer you a workaround.
* If you use a sidebar shopping cart, adding products to the shopping cart will not trigger the sidebar to be shown.
