Our cart integrations help to streamline the user journey, increasing add-to-cart conversions and, as a result, the number of orders.
However, it currently has limitations. When a user adds a product to the cart, the Skin Consultant App shows a popup with a confirmation and two buttons: "Go to cart" and "Continue shopping."
"Go to cart" opens the shopping cart in a new window.
"Continue shopping" closes the popup.
Your store should have a /cart
page for the "Go to cart" button to work. Otherwise, the "Go to cart" button won't work. Please write to your customer success manager if you do not have such a page, and we will offer you a workaround.
If you use a sidebar shopping cart, adding products to the shopping cart will not trigger the sidebar to be shown.
