Integrate Skin Consultant App with Klaviyo CRM

This page describes how you can integrate the Skin Consultant App with Klaviyo and send data to the Skin Consultant App

Step 1: Add Email Survey Question

• Navigate to Skin consultant tab on the menu of SaaS platform.

• Navigate to your Skin Consultant App details by clicking on name of your app in the list of apps .

• To collect emails in Klaviyo, you need to add an email question to your survey. Open the Survey section in the navigation menu.

• Click on the Add question button.

• On the right click on the Type dropdown and select Email.

  
• Change the question text.

  
• Mark question as mandatory, if you want to make it a required question.

• Important! You need to enable consent collection if you want to automatically add emails to the list. In case you do not enable this, Haut.AI will only create a user profile, but will not add it to the list.

  
• Click "Save".

Step 2: Integrate Skin Consultant App with Klaviyo

• Open the Integration section in the navigation menu.

• Click on the Klaviyo in the list integrations on the right.

• Turn on the data Sync

  
• Add a private API key. Follow this guide to check how to get a key.

  
• Next, select the list where you want to add the contacts. If you do not have any list, you need to create one. Follow this guide to check how to get a key.

  

How to Create Klaviyo API Key

To connect your Skin Consultant App with Klaviyo, create a Private API Key in your Klaviyo account, add it to the Skin Consultant App

• Log in to your Klaviyo account.

• In the bottom-left corner, click your organization name and select Settings.

• Under the Account section, go to API Keys.

  
• In the Private API Keys section, click Create Private API Key.

• Enter a name for your key and set the Access Level to Full Access Key.

  
• Click Create.

• Once created, copy the key and add it to your Skin Consultant App settings.

How to Find or Create Klaviyo Lists

1. Log in to your Klaviyo account.

2. In the left menu, go to Audience → Lists & Segments.

3. To find an existing list, browse the list table or use the search bar.

4. To create a new list, click Create List / Segment, choose List, give it a name, and click Create List.
