If you wish to collect user analytics, you can add an analytics tracker to your app
Currently, the Skin Consultant App supports only integration with Google Analytics 4.
Adding an Analytics tracker is a paid feature.
To unlock this feature, please contact your Account Manager.
You can easily add your Google Analytics tracking code to any of your Skin Consultant App to track visitor behavior and demographics. The Skin Consultant App and Google Analytics integration lets you track when a user started the session, get recommendations, add products to the product cart, and other events.
To set up the integration:
On your Google Analytics home page, go to Admin settings and select Data Streams.
Click the Data Stream you want to connect to your Skin Consultant App (you might have more than one).
Copy the value under Measurement ID (you can do this by clicking the Copy icon).
In your B2B SaaS account, go to Skin Consultant and open the app you want to integrate with Google Analytics.
Go to the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Google Analytics tracker tab, and paste the previously copied measurement ID into the tracker ID field.
Save the changes.
To test the integration, we suggest using Google Tag Assistant. It is the easiest and most friendly tool for non-technical users.
Copy the link to your Skin Consultant App.
Open Google Tag Assistant: https://tagassistant.google.com/.
Click "Add domain."
Paste the copied link to your Skin Consultant App and click Connect.
Select your measurement ID on the top of the Tag Assistant page.
Switch to your skin Skin Consultant App and complete the user journey (e.g., capture the photo, get recommendations, and add products to the cart).
Switch back to the Tag Assistant Tab. You should see the events from the Skin Consultant App if everything was set correctly.
You can use the following event to build a conversion funnel and understand how your clients interact with the Skin Consultant App.
Start of session (event name: StartClicked
).
Start of image collection (TakeImageClicked
).
Upload of image (ImageIsSent
).
Review results (RecommendationsShown
).
Adding products to the cart (AddToCart
) or navigating to the product page (NavigateToStore
).

Go to your Google Analytics Admin account.
Set up a project in Google Analytics or use the existing one.
Go to the Data Streams configuration in the Google Analytics admin section.
Add a new Data Stream and copy its Measurement ID.
It normally takes up to 1 day for Google Analytics to start gathering the events and metrics for the new stream. It might take longer if your Skin Consultant App is not actively used (<10 users per day).
In case you don't see the events for a longer period, please, reach out to your Account Manager.
Unfortunately, this option is currently not possible. Skin Consultant App supports only Google Analytics integration. You might benefit from developing your custom app, check our guide Build Custom App powered by Haut.AI (you need to be on a Professional Plan for it)
Skin Consultant App uses a feature to show differences in metrics, and cookies are used to re-identify the same user by device-browser finger print. Haut.AI does not use 3rd party cookies for this or for any other services, so Google moving away from 3rd party cookies does not affect the functionality or accuracy of user identification in the Skin Consultant App.
