Bulk Import from Other Platforms

In a previous step Adding product items by bulk import you got to this menu (see screenshot below)

Standard import supports importing products in a standard format, provided by Haut.AI.

1. Click import file or import with minimum fields. You will get a sample CSV file with the expected format for product items. Here is the example (see the file below).

2. Modify the downloaded CSV file to include all information about your product items in the expected format. Make sure that the name column is always filled in for every product item.

3. Return to the SaaS Platform and upload your_file.csv file by drag-n-drop to the selected area of menu.

4. In case you already have any product items imported previously, you can select how to proceed if there are items duplicates:

   1. If you want to update an existing product item properties from a new import (e.g. update the price without changing any other details), select the "Overwrite existing product" option ✅.

   2. If you want to create a new duplicate product item and keep both (an existing and a new one) in your Product Inventory, make sure that the "Overwrite existing product" option is NOT selected.

5. Once the file is successfully loaded, you will see a "File Loaded" notification, indicating that the products from the JSON are ready to be imported.

6. Click on the "Import products" button to complete the process.

   
7. You will see the notification about successful product items import. You will see new/updated product items in your Product Inventory.
