Are there any consent forms required by Haut.AI or can the client use their own consent forms? (i.e., photo release)

We don't have requirements for consent forms, but we do require that a customer can guarantee that all uploaded data was obtained lawfully, is compliant with data protection and electronic communications laws, and the customer has all the necessary consents to process personal data.

How long are images kept on the cloud?

If the time period is not specified, we store the data for as long as the DPA between the client and Haut.AI is not terminated.

Is the cloud HIPAA compliant?

Yes, we are HIPAA and GDPR compliant. We provide all the necessary safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information (PHI) for any data stored in the cloud or downloaded to a mobile device.

Does the client own the rights to all data and photos captured for each study?

Haut.AI acts as a data processor and the client as the controller. The client remains the owner of the data, and we process the data based solely on your instructions.
