FAQ

How many studies can be run at one time on Haut.AI?

We do not have limitations on the number of studies that can be run at the same time.

How many different surveys can I have per study?

You can configure the study and select the desired number of stages. You can have one or two stages per day. Every stage can have a survey before and/or after each stage. These surveys are now the same for every stage.

How does the data from studies get exported?

You can export data about the study progress via our B2B portal in CSV format. The platform also provides the functionality to export single images via the B2B portal. For bulk upload, we transfer the data to your cloud or provide credentials for Azure blobs to export it.

Are survey statistics calculated automatically?

We don't get analytics for surveys at this point, but we're planning to implement it in the future. Right now, you can get a CSV file with questions/answers for every participant.

Where can I get all the reports and analyses for my study?

To access reports on a study, go to the “Datasets” tab and find a dataset attached to your study. You can get the reports on it just like on any other dataset. Learn how to get a report on your dataset here.
