The parameter detects and analyzes freckles—small, concentrated spots of melanin that commonly appear on sun-exposed areas of the skin. This parameter distinguishes freckles from other types of pigmentation, supporting personalized skincare assessments and treatment planning.

1. Works with 1 and 3 side facial images.

Output

1. Density in per mille (‰) for the whole face and specific facial regions: nose, forehead, left eye, right eye, perioral, left cheek, right cheek.

2. Vector mask for detected features.
