The parameter detects sun spots—also known as solar lentigines or age spots—which are flat, pigmented areas caused by prolonged sun exposure. These spots are common signs of photoaging and are important indicators for assessing sun damage.

Density in per mille (‰) for the whole face and specific facial regions: nose, forehead, left eye, right eye, perioral, left cheek, right cheek.
